PROJECT PLANNING & PROJECT SCHEDULING

CLIENT SIDE/PROJECT OWNERS: Because we understand every stakeholder needs to be unified and have task clarity to ensure project success in large projects, we assist project owners/clients to develop well-rounded and easy to use Integrated Master Schedules with accompanying deliverables. We also provide cover for schedulers going on annual, sick or carer’s leave.
CONTRACTORS & SUBCONTRACTORS: For many contractors & subcontractors, obtaining, setting up and managing a P6 or OPP licence and having an experienced, full-time scheduler is simply not a reality. We bridge this gap by providing seamless and easy project planning, scheduling and control solutions whatever the case. Whether it is a bid schedule, an extensive baseline schedule, ongoing schedule, Integrated Master Schedule, Database set-up and so forth, our scheduling consultants will meet all of your needs and expectations.
PRIMAVERA 6 (P6) TRAINING: We offer flexible Primavera (P6) online training. This P6 Professional Fundamentals course shows you how to use the software program to manage the entire project lifecycle from end to end. By completing our customized hands on training, you will be able to swiftly implement the knowledge and skills on the job.
